Before & After Psychedelics

Preparation & Integration After Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy

Psychedelic experiences – whether in a therapeutic, ceremonial, or personal context – can open profound inner spaces. They may bring insight, confusion, relief, emotional intensity, or unexpected memories.
Integration means allowing these experiences to land in your daily life – gently, respectfully, and at your own pace.

I support people who are preparing for or integrating experiences with substances such as:

  • Ketamine (medical or therapeutic use)
  • Psilocybin
  • LSD
  • MDMA
  • or other altered states of consciousness (e.g. breathwork, deep dissociation)

I do not provide psychedelic-assisted therapy or any substance. I am not a medical professional.
But I do bring lived experience, trauma-informed peer support, and a deep respect for the inner work involved.

What I Offer

  • Grounded preparation: Clarifying your intentions, setting, mindset, and safety plans
  • Gentle integration: Making sense of what emerged – without rushing, analyzing, or bypassing
  • Support with emotional processing: Dissociation, fear, shame, grief, insight, or confusion
  • Body- and language-based reflection: Reconnecting with somatic memory and symbolic meaning
  • Exploring life changes: Identity, values, relationships, or worldview shifts after the experience
  • Creating rituals, anchors, and meaning that fit you

My approach is non-judgmental, non-pathologizing, and rooted in presence, trust, and deep listening.
Whether you’ve worked with a therapist, participated in a retreat, or had a personal journey – I meet you where you are.

You Don’t Have to Integrate Alone

Psychedelic experiences can stir up what’s beautiful and what’s painful.
Sometimes the real transformation begins after the session, when life slowly reshapes around what you’ve seen or felt.

If you’re looking for someone who understands the terrain – with no agenda, no spiritual pressure, and no clinical gaze – I’m here.
