How We Can Collaborate

In daily clinical practice, many professionals encounter the same structural challenges:

• limited session time
• long waiting lists
• patients needing support between appointments
• difficulties with motivation, routine, and everyday structure
• social reintegration after crises or hospital stays
• identity, neurodivergence, or life-transition questions that extend beyond therapy hours

A peer and systemic coaching approach can offer practical, ethical, and clearly bounded support that strengthens the therapeutic process without replacing it.

My approach is non-clinical, collaborative, and grounded in clear professional boundaries. I actively encourage clients to continue their therapeutic and psychiatric care.

I can offer:

  • Specialized support for transgender, non-binary, and gender-diverse people, as well as for individuals experiencing gender and/or body dysphoria
  • Dedicated support for neurodivergent people (including ADHD, autism, learning differences, and other forms of neurodivergence)
  • Psychedelic integration sessions that complement and reinforce clinical or therapeutic work
  • Crisis prevention and stabilization support: to help clients recognize early signs of overwhelm, apply coping strategies, and maintain connection with their therapeutic team.
  • Daily Life Structuring: Support with organization, scheduling, administrative tasks, and realistic goal-setting that often falls outside clinical scope.
  • Motivation & Accountability: Encouraging follow-through on therapeutic recommendations in a non-clinical, relatable, peer-based way.
  • Integrative coaching for clients who benefit from additional structure, grounding, and support between therapy sessions
  • Coordination and feedback (with client consent) to align coaching goals with ongoing treatment and promote continuity of care

Reduced Overload
Patients receive practical and motivational support without increasing clinical workload.

Improved Continuity of Care
Therapeutic progress is reinforced outside the consulting room.

Ethical Collaboration
Defined boundaries, consent protocols, and clear expectations prevent role confusion.

Patient Empowerment
Clients feel supported not only emotionally but also practically, which often increases adherence and long-term outcomes.

Ideal Scenarios for Collaboration

• stabilization phases
• post-clinic discharge
• social reintegration
• neurodivergence coping support
• identity and transition processes
• patients needing structure and accountability
• long waiting periods before therapy begins

The Value of Peer-Based Support

Peer coaching adds something uniquely human:
shared understanding, relatability, and lived-experience empathy that complements professional expertise rather than competing with it.

The result is a collaborative ecosystem where therapist, psychiatrist, coach, and client each have a clear role — and the client benefits from continuity, structure, and grounded everyday support.

Clear Role Separation

This coaching model is intentionally designed to:

• never diagnose
• never replace therapy or psychiatry
• never interfere with treatment plans
• operate only with client consent
• maintain transparent communication when appropriate

The coach acts as a bridge between sessions and daily life, not as a clinician.

  • Psychedelic Integration

A safe and grounded space to process and integrate insights from psychedelic experiences, bridging them into daily life and ongoing therapy *

  • LGBTQIA+ Practical Life Support

Guidance for facing real-life challenges related to identity, sexuality, relationships, belonging, and self-acceptance

  • ADHD / AuDHD Support

Lived-experience-based coaching to foster understanding, self-acceptance,

and effective strategies

  • Trauma Integration

Gentle and structured support to rebuild presence, trust, and self-regulation

  • Identity & Authenticity

A confidential and inclusive space to explore personal, professional, or gender-related identity questions

Each session is designed to empower clients to reconnect with their strengths and integrate therapeutic progress into concrete, meaningful action.
