Support for Transgender People

Support for Transgender People

I offer a safe, affirming, and non-judgmental space for transgender, non-binary, and gender-diverse people to explore their identity, challenges, and strengths. My approach combines peer support, systemic coaching, and lived experience to create an environment where you are deeply seen, heard, and respected.

I understand that every journey is unique, and I tailor my support to your specific needs, whether you are just beginning to explore your gender identity, navigating a social or medical transition, or dealing with day-to-day challenges.

Together, we can work on:

  • Exploring and affirming your gender identity and expression
Understanding and embracing who you are, without judgment or pressure
  • Navigating transitions — social, legal, and medical
From name and pronoun changes to accessing resources and healthcare information
  • Managing dysphoria, anxiety, and stress
Finding tools and strategies to create emotional safety and self-compassion
  • Dealing with family, relationships, and workplace dynamics
Supporting you in setting boundaries, communicating needs, and building acceptance
  • Strengthening self-worth and resilience
Learning to stand in your power and cultivate self-acceptance
  • Finding resources and community
Connecting you with LGBTQIA+ networks, trans-friendly professionals, and support groups

My goal is to create a space where your identity is fully respected, your voice matters, and you have room to breathe and grow.

Cooperation with Trans & LGBTQIA+ Associations

Supporting transgender, non-binary, and gender-diverse people often requires more than individual coaching — it’s about community, connection, and access to resources. That’s why I collaborate closely with local and national organizations, networks, and professionals who are committed to creating safer spaces and equal rights for LGBTQIA+ people.

Through these cooperations, I can:

  • Connect you with trusted LGBTQIA+ associations and trans-friendly professionals
  • Provide up-to-date information about rights, medical resources, and administrative processes
  • Help you navigate social and legal transitions with guidance and referrals
  • Offer workshop opportunities and events organized by inclusive networks
  • Support you in finding peer groups and safe community spaces

Some of the associations and professionals I cooperate with or recommend include:

  • TGNS (Transgender Network Switzerland) – Legal, medical, and social resources for trans people
  • hab queer bern – LGBTQIA+ community, events, and peer support in Bern
  • Transgender Europe (TGEU) – International network advocating for trans rights
  • Local queer-friendly therapists, doctors, and legal experts (on request)

By working together with these associations, I aim to create a comprehensive support system — so you’re not left alone navigating complex processes or social challenges.

You don’t need to go through this alone — together, we can navigate uncertainty, celebrate your uniqueness, and work towards a future where you can live authentically, with dignity and confidence.
